I love a good "making of an epic album" story. And this is one album that I have to agree is in my top selection.
Most of this information from the NME picture gallery I had kind of heard before, the switching of producers & the vision of the album being from future past.
But the one bit that surprised me the most was that there were no electronic drums on the album! I thought for sure on "Soma" or "Hard to explain" they had used electronic drums but it seems they wanted the recorded drums to sound as if they were.
